Mr. Spell Book is a character in WarioWare: Smooth Moves, in The Loquacious Spell Book, Ashley and Red's stage.
In Ashley's story, Ashley tries a spell on a flower sprout, and the effect turns out to be a simple white flower to blossom from it, so Mr. Spell Book appears to help her. During the stage, he acts as the microgame counter. After the stage is beaten, Mr. Spell Book can tell Ashley what to do.
