PipeProject:Yoshi (character vs. species)

It has been decided that the Super Mario Wiki will no longer support this feature. This page is kept and protected strictly for historical purposes.

This PipeProject's primary focus is to split the Yoshi article into Yoshi (character) and Yoshi (species) (both which redirect to Yoshi itself currently). Then, bonus articles need to be created for the different-colored Yoshis.

Goals

1. Split Yoshi into a character and a species article (thus making Yoshi a disambiguation page)
2. Create pages for the different colored Yoshis that appear in Super Mario World, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, and Yoshi's Story with:
   1. SMW: Found in what star road level, abilities with shell (Blue = fly with any shell)
   2. SMW2: Level number in each world they are found in (Green = 1, Level 6-8, All Extras [GBA and Secrets])
   3. YS: Favorite fruits and how to unlock special Yoshies in Yoshi's Story. Wayoshi (talk)

Note: Yoshi (character) is part of PipeProject:Big Eight. Yoshi is moved to last priority for that project while splitting Yoshi is first priority for this PipeProject.
