The Observatory is the home to the Celestrians. The only way to reach it is by a portal or by the Starlight Express, which is piloted by Stella and Fat-guts.
History
Fortune Street
The Observatory appears as a playable board in Fortune Street. The board is the same in Easy and Standard Mode. It is shaped like the head of a spade with a triangle that moves around the board when a player lands on a switch. The Starlight Express train goes around the screen when this happens. In Tour Mode, the player has to come in at least 3rd to beat the board.
