The first level is super easy actually since there's no harm in this level. All the player is all going do is to guide the character by using the [[Block Panel]]s in this when using Wanda. It is actually the first step of learning some obstacles like the [[Ladder]] as if this first world is like a tutorial or having practice.
The first level is a very simple puzzle designed like a tutorial. All the player has to do is guide the character by using the [[Block Panel]]s using [[Wanda]]. This level introduces the player to the [[Ladder]] obstacle.

Again an easy level but there are some deadly [[Spike]]s that Wario put them in. Use the Block Panels to help guide the character to the goal. Bit of practice when losing lives.
This level introduces [[Spike]]s. Again, the layout is simple as the player only needs to use the Block Panels to help guide the character to the goal.

This time, the [[Coin Panel]] appears in this level as the player can gather coins by using [[Wanda]]. Again a bit of practice when knowing traps here.
[[Coin Panel]]s first appear, which allow Wanda to gather coins as much as the player can. The layout is still simple.

This level is kind of tricky but the player can handle it if the player knows about using the [[Block Panel]]s and [[Ladder]]s. The player has to make a path to guide the character to reach the goal above it.
This level does not introduce anything new. The correct path involves a sort of zigzag in which the player must use the Block Panels at the appropriate time when the character climbs the ladders.

The next level introduces [[Rock Block]]s that block the character from proceeding to get to the goal. Use Wanda and her wand on the Rock Blocks to break the Rock Blocks so that the character can proceed. Additonally, there are Spikes that can hurt the character if the player does not protect it. Use the Time Block Panels to help the character to go on, or use Wand's wand on the character while the character is in the Ladder as the character will switch the side to walk to. Repeat this method and the character will reach the goal faster.

The last level in the world is that there's a pile of Rock Blocks above the character. Additonally, there is a [[Spark]] in one space that moves around the Rock Blocks. It will hurt the character if the Spark touches the character. To weaken the enemy, use Wanda's Wand on the enemy to weaken it. Once done, the enemy will move slow; making it easier to pass the level. After that, break the Rock Blocks to make a passage to the goal.

World 1 is the first world found in Mario & Wario. As it is the first world, there are not many traps.

Level 1-1

First level.

The first level is a very simple puzzle designed like a tutorial. All the player has to do is guide the character by using the Block Panels using Wanda. This level introduces the player to the Ladder obstacle.

Level 1-2

File:MW L1-2.JPG
Second level.

This level introduces Spikes. Again, the layout is simple as the player only needs to use the Block Panels to help guide the character to the goal.

Level 1-3

File:MW L1-3.JPG
Third level.

Coin Panels first appear, which allow Wanda to gather coins as much as the player can. The layout is still simple.

Level 1-4

File:MW L1-4.JPG
Fourth level.

This level does not introduce anything new. The correct path involves a sort of zigzag in which the player must use the Block Panels at the appropriate time when the character climbs the ladders.

Level 1-5

File:MW L1-5.JPG
Fifth level.

The level introduces Timed Block Panels. These panels disappear after a short time.

Level 1-6

File:MW L1-6.PNG
Sixth level.

The next level introduces Rock Blocks that block the character from proceeding to get to the goal. Wanda must break the Rock Blocks with her wand so that the character can proceed. Additonally, there are Spikes that can hurt the character if the player does not protect it. Use the Time Block Panels to help the character to go on, or use Wand's wand on the character while the character is in the Ladder as the character will switch the side to walk to. Repeat this method and the character will reach the goal faster.

Level 1-7

Seventh level.

The level basically contains more practice when using the Time Block Panels to prevent the character to fall down onto the spikes. Additonally, there is a Block Block Panel the player can use to gather a full set of Coins.

Level 1-8

File:MW L1-8.JPG
Eighth level.

The next level is very similar to Level 1-4 but with Timed Block Panels instead of Block Panels. As such, it requires focus and timing.

Level 1-9

File:MW L1-9.JPG
Ninth level.

Basically more practice with those Timed Block Panels. This time, when the character gets up into the top of the Ladder; the character will walk near to where the Spikes will be. As said, use the Timed Block Panels to help the character pass with the tricky additon of the Ladders.

Level 1-10

File:MW L1-10.PNG
Tenth level.

This level starts out with the character above a big pile of Rock Blocks. This level also introduces the first enemy, the Spark, in one space that moves around the Rock Blocks. It will hurt the character if it touches the character. To weaken the enemy, use Wanda's Wand on the enemy to weaken it. Once done, the enemy will move slowly, making it easier to pass the level. After that, break the Rock Blocks to make a passage to the goal.
