I died over 100 times and didnt get it

Are there certain requirements to getting it? Because I "committed suicide" on a level over 100 times and it did not appear.

Did you do it on an already-completed level? It doesn't appear on completed stages or special world levels. Mario3D64 17:38, 27 November 2011 (EST)

Artwork

I found the artwork for the invincibility leaf, I uploaded it, and someone deleted it. Why? Mario3D64

Luigi can get it

If you skip any levels in the normal world (and there are at least a dozen you can), then play them for the first time as Luigi, then this item and the P-Wing can and will appear. I'm going to change both pages, but I figured I should say why first.
