Introduction
The camera shows the bottom of the tower, and goes up showing Bullet Bills near it.
Gameplay
The players must try to survive on the top of a tower for 60 seconds, avoiding the Bullet Bills that cross over it. The last player standing, or any players who survive all 60 seconds, win.

- The name is a pun on ballistics.
- The tower the minigame takes place on looks similar to the tower used in some minigames in the first Mario Party.
