Polar Extreme is a Free-for-All minigame in Mario Party 9.
Introduction
The camera shows the ship at the end. Then, it switches to the players' position.
Gameplay
The competitors must jump on breakable ice chunks to reach on the ship first or survive longer. If the player falls in the water, he or she will be temporally frozen. The player loses if he or she gets of screen. Some Penguins are found on some chunks as obstacles, pushing the rivals. The player.
