The Waiters are a type of ghost from Luigi's Mansion.
Luigi only runs into the two Waiters in the Dining Room where they are serving Mr. Luggs. In order to capture Mr. Luggs, Luigi must provoke him into attacking and cutting off his food supply will do just that. Luigi must capture the Waiters to stop them delivering food, which is quite easy because they have no attacks of their own. Waiters only have ten HP.
