The Candy Clone cutting Donkey Kong's hair.

The Candy Clone is a clone of Candy Kong during the Donkey Kong Country animated series. It appears in a few episodes and is under the command of King K. Rool, although it always messes up when doing something for him.

History

I Spy with My Hairy Eye

In "I Spy with My Hairy Eye", King K. Rool uses Candy Clone to cheat the Kongs and steal the Crystal Coconut. The robot gets the Coconut and goes to the White Mountains, where Eddie the Mean Old Yeti develops a passion for it.

Bad Hair Day

Candy Clone makes a reappearance in "Bad Hair Day". In this episode, K. Rool uses it to place a curse on Donkey Kong. It does so by cutting all the hair off his head, but saying the curse before. It later appeared with the real Candy at the end of the episode, wanting to give Donkey Kong a present for being a hero. He mistakenly chooses this Candy as the real one, earning him scorn from the actual Candy Kong. However, when they are about to kiss, the robot's head is blown off.

To The Moon Baboon

Although Candy Clone does not appear in To The Moon Baboon Candy Clone was mention by Krusha (Character) when Klump (Character) and Krusha reports King K. Rool about the Cranky Kong's film.

Trivia

  • In "Bad Hair Day", Candy Kong looks reinvented, as if it never appeared in another episode.
