James Blonde is a minor character from The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "On Her Majesty's Sewer Service / 9001: A Mario Odyssey".
At the start of the episode, Secret Agent James Blonde had uncovered Koopfinger's lastest plot, and managed to track him down in Spy Land. Unfortunately, Koopfinger used a magic ring to turn James Blonde into stone. It wasn't until Mario and Luigi chased Koopfinger out of Spy Land that James Blonde returned to normal.
