Template:Minigame-infobox Spinner Cell is a 1-vs.-3 minigame in Mario Party 7. The solo player uses the analog stick to move a spiked rotating cylinder witch moves slowly and the C-stick to move a quicker smaller cylinder. If a player touches the spiked one, he/she is out of the game. If players touch the small one, they simply get knocked around. If all the players are out, then the solo player wins.

- This mini-game's name is a pun on the video game Splinter Cell.
