Template:Minigame-infobox Flash and Dash is a 1-vs.-3 mini-game featured in Mario Party DS. The name is a pun on the phrase "Crash and Dash". Three characters with flashlights attempt to catch the runaway character with their light beams in a maze. If the runaway is still running in the maze until the time is up, he or she wins. If the player is caught, the other three are victorious.
Each player has a five-light alarm. As the chasers get nearer to the target and vice versa, the alarm will blink faster and show more lights.
Controls

Rules
Single Player: Avoid being caught in the flashlight beams cast by your three rivals as you all run through a dark maze. You'll win if you outlast the timer.
Team Players: Catch your opponent in your flashlight beam as you and your teammates run through a dark maze.
Tips
Single Player: More of your warning lights will go on the closer your opponents get to catching you in their beams
Team Players: More of your warning lights will go on the closer you come to your opponent. So cooperate with your teammates to track down your target.
