To use this template, type {{AppealNotice|<name>|type=<type>}}
- In the place of <name>, use the name of the user who received the {{Reminder}} and/or {{Warning}}.
- In the place of <type>, put the type of template that the user received; whether it was a reminder, a warning or a lastwarn.
For example, if a reminder was given to the user "Example", the coding would be {{AppealNotice|Example|type=Reminder}}
