'''Lights Out''' is a mini-game found in ''[[Mario Party 2]]''. In the game, one player wields a large mallet, while the other three players hold bright lightbulbs. The mallet-wielding player's goal is to hit every other player with his/her mallet, while the other players must avoid getting hit. However, the lights in the game's room will flicker on and off. When the room is dark, the only source of light is the three lightbulbs held by the three mallet-less players. As such, the player with the mallet must try to direct him/herself in the dark and knock his/her opponents out.

Template:Minigame-infobox Lights Out is a mini-game found in Mario Party 2.

In the Mini-Game Coaster, the human player will be wielding the hammer on the Normal skill level, and must take out all three opponents to win. On the Hard skill level, however, the human player is part of the team of three, and must avoid the hammer wielding CPU player until time runs out.

Trivia

  • The name of this mini-game could come from the phrase lights out, usually said before going to sleep to a youth, or could come from knocking one's lights out.
