General White is an old Bob-omb general that created the cannon to The Moon at Fahr Outpost in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He is necessary to complete your adventure since you must get him to fire the cannon. He is elusive, and twice sends Mario and friends on a wild goose chase across the map looking for him.
