It is a 3D version of the Balloon Trip mode from Balloon Fight, and it is found in 9-Volt and 18-Volt's stage. Also, there is another mode based on Balloon Trip in the same game as an extra mini-game accessed via the main map screen.
Gameplay
The player must hold the Wii Remote and swing it up and down as if he or she is attempting to fly. This will make the Balloon Fighter fly. If the player swings the remote, the character will hover. If the player doesn't, the character will slowly float downwards, and possibly be eaten by the Fish. These moves are used to pass under or over electric orbs or to knock down enemy Balloon Fighters to avoid losing the microgame. The player must float in the air without taking damage until the time runs out to win.
- 1st level difficulty: There will be not many obstacles.
- 2nd level difficulty: There will be a few obstacles.
- 3rd level difficulty: There will be more than few obstacles.
