The Pianta Judge.
The Pianta Judge holds trial for Mario when the Isle Delfino locale is vandalized by a figure resembling the poor plumber only in the events of Super Mario Sunshine. Although Peach and Toadsworth try to object, she finds Mario guilty (the truth is he was framed by Shadow Mario) and orders him to clean off the entire island by the graffiti Shadow Mario sprayed and defeat bosses and enemies.
