Chimp Banana is a special Item in the game Mario Superstar Baseball. It is only found in the Challenge Mode of said game and grants Diddy Kong the ability to use his Power Shot, the Boomerang Ball. However, it must first be bought at the local shop, where all the special items can be bought. Once Donkey Kong has bought the Chimp Banana, Diddy Kong will finally be able to use the Boomerang Ball. Diddy Kong doesn't need this item in Exhibition Mode. The Chimp Banana's name comes from Banana. However, Diddy Kong is not a chimp, since chimps lack tails. Template:Baseballpowerups
