Mario Bros. Plumbing is the plumbing business owned by Mario and Luigi, which although has yet to make an appearance in the games, was featured in various cartoons and the movie.
Super Mario Bros. Super Show
Mario Bros. Plumbing was the setting of all the live action segments of the Super Mario Bros. Super Show. Here, the Mario Bros. interacted with Edison, Clog, the Ratigator, and in each episode, a celebrity guest star.
Super Mario World Cartoon
The plumbing shop appeared one time in the Super Mario World cartoon, during a flashback in Rock TV, where the Bros. remembered an outlandish phone bill.
Super Mario Bros. - The Movie
In the live action movie, the plumbers' business is in their home, and they simply stay in their house until they get business calls. In this portrayal, they own a white van with "Mario Bros. Plumbing" written on the side of it.
Misc.
- Oddly enough, in The Great Mission to Save Princess Peach, the Mario Bros. are not plumbers, but instead own a grocery store.
- Though their actual plumbing business is never seen in the games, the fact that the Mario Bros. are indeed plumbers has been mentioned consistantly in the videogame series.
