A Pidgit Bill
Pidgit Bills are Pidgits that instead of flying on carpets, fly like Bullet Bills do. Pidgit Bill replaces Bullet Bills after completing the Special World in Super Mario World.
There's no real change, in fact, Pidget Bills don't even flap their wings.
