It is sky themed and contains many clouds and high cliffs. It appears to take place above [[World 1 (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)| World 1]], due to its mushroom-like hills.  However, it does contain several unique enemies in its stages, and is highly abundant in items (mostly [[Ice Flower]]s, [[Fire Flower]]s, and [[Propeller Mushroom]]s). [[Ludwig|Ludwig von Koopa]] is the boss of the world, and he is fought in {{world link|7|tower|World 7-Tower (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)}} and {{world link|7|castle|World 7-Castle (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)}}. The [[Enemy Course]] in this area contains a single [[Lakitu]] that throws [[Spiny|Spinies]] on a stage with [[Note Block|Jump Block]]s. There are also various [[Toad House]]s, including two yellow ones that contain [[Super Star|Star]]s. It has nine levels and a total of eleven exits.
