The middle portion has two groups of fully-frozen viruses surrounding exploders between a group of viruses with a shell in the middle in a "+" shape. The top portion contains a rows of three viruses in the middle at the top and a row containing a shell, an exploder and viruses at the bottom, while the bottom portion contains a row of viruses and a shell.

This stage is split into four quadrants, and each portion has viruses inside bubbles and ice. The upper quadrants have exploders while the lower quadrants have pop cannons aiming at them. The capsule amount is decreased from 35 to 23 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, the unlocking order of purple coins has changed so that the coins in the eighth and ninth rows are unlocked second (previously last) while the coins in the fourth and fifth rows are unlocked last (previously second). 

The capsule amount is increased from 23 to 29 since version 2.1.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

This stage is shaped like a [[Fire Flower]], which is formed with normal viruses, floatie viruses and Brick Blocks. The only available color in this stage is red.

The capsule amount is increased from 32 to 35 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

At the beginning of the stage, there are a group of Brick Blocks, exploders, a group of viruses surrounded by those Brick Blocks, and clouds at the top-right side. Those clouds contain a shell and viruses in the others. As the stage scrolls, 10 viruses inside bubbles, 3 half-frozen viruses and 2 clouded viruses are found in addition to 21 normal viruses, as well as a shell. 

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 9 lines are introduced.

When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain 500 coins upon completing this stage.

Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
* Capsule amount is reduced from 56 to 50.
* The row of Empty Blocks in the topmost row (after the stage scrolled all the way) are removed, moving all the stage objects one row above.
* The Brick Blocks in the beginning within rows #2 and #3 and columns #2 and #3 are changed to regular viruses.
* A bubble virus is added in the third column in the first-revealed row.
* The shell in the third-revealed row is no longer half-frozen.
* The second and fourth Brick Blocks in the seventh-revealed row are changed to normal viruses.

In this stage, there are three sections separated by two separate rows of Empty Blocks. Each section has a row or Brick Blocks with viruses between them and the row of Empty Blocks. In addition to normal viruses, the middle section contains floatie viruses and viruses inside bubbles, while the top section contains clouded viruses and dust viruses (both types also contain floatie viruses). 

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 3 lines are introduced.

Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and [[Toadette|Dr. Toadette]].
