'''World 4-3''' is the third level of [[World 4 (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)|World 4]] of ''[[New Super Mario Bros. Wii]]''. This level is optional, as the player can play either this level or [[World 4-2 (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)|World 4-2]] to progress. Completing either level unlocks [[World 4-Tower (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)|World 4-Tower]].

The level begins next to a [[Huckit Crab]]. Two [[? Block]]s and another Huckit Crab follow. Three [[lift]]s float above water, where a [[Big Urchin]] and some [[Urchin]]s are found. A Huckit Crab is found on the second lift, and a ? Block containing either a [[Super Mushroom]] or a [[Penguin Suit]] is above the third lift. A Huckit Crab is found under a platform consisting of a ? Block and two [[Brick Block|brick]]s with a [[Koopa Troopa]] on top. A [[Super Star|Star]] is found in the second brick. The player then arrives at another lift, where Urchins and a Huckit Crab are found. A [[P Switch]] is also found, followed by an area with multiple Urchins and Huckit Crabs, one of which is above a brick containing a [[Mini Mushroom]]. A Big Urchin is found before the [[Checkpoint Flag|midway point]].

After the midway point, a ? Block and a group of Huckit Crabs are found on rocky platforms. More Huckit Crabs are found after some water, followed by an area with a log platform and multiple platforms made of [[Donut Block]]s. Big Urchins and Urchins are in the water, while Koopa Troopas are on the Donut Blocks. A [[Red Ring]] is also located above Donut Blocks. A Warp Pipe is found at the end of the area, which leads to an area with coins that can be reached using [[Mini Mario (form)|Mini Mario]] and the [[Goal Pole|pole]].

|The first Star Coin is near the beginning of the level, floating above a [[? Block]]. Mario and co. should get on the ? Block and jump from it to the Star Coin.

|Shortly after the first Star Coin, there will be a row of two [[Brick Block|brick]]s and a ? Block with a red [[Koopa Troopa]] on top. The middle brick contains a [[Super Star|Star]]. Mario and co. must obtain the Star then hurry along and kill the [[Big Urchin]] to make the second Star Coin accessible before the Star's effects wear off.

|A [[Mini Mushroom]] is required for this one. To the direct right of the stairs-like platform with two [[Huckit Crab]]s is a green [[small pipe]] guarded by another Huckit Crab and an Urchin. Mario and co. must get past these enemies and enter the small pipe. This pipe leads to an underwater area with two Big Urchins and the third Star Coin, which is surrounded by several other [[coin]]s in the shape of a heart.
