In the second and last part of this stage, the Brick Blocks are also formed in the shape of a heart, but they are caged with its lock block (which is half-frozen) found inside the heart alongside half-frozen viruses and floatie viruses. A pop cannon and an electric exploder are found in the middle column. All the Brick Blocks in this part of the stage are Coin Blocks.

This stage will scroll through 9 rows simultaneously after all the viruses are gone, and for the purpose of scrolling, viruses that are currently floating in bubbles are considered gone.

Completing this stage awards the player 500 coins.

The middle column contains shells, where only the bottom-most one is not inside Brick Block. In the third and last part of this stage, rows #4 to #6 contain like-colored viruses within the row with two gaps in each row. The first three rows contain barrels containing viruses interspersed among normal viruses.
