When [[Mario]] finally finds '''World 2-Castle''', he sees a [[Giant Spiked Ball|Giant Spike Ball]] falling and crushing some [[block]]s. after this Mario goes through an area with various small [[Spike Ball]]s. Next he goes through a tunnel fille with Spike Balls, which he must duck under. He finally gets to a Door leading outside.
 
In this new area, Mario must dodge [[Bullet Bill]]s. He next finds a [[? Switch]] which makes the ground fall, allowing Mario to pass. He must now Use a Rope to pass over a Giant Spike Ball. If he goes up, he finds a [[Mini Mushroom]] to help with the Secret Exit. If he goes down, he goes up some stairs. At the end is another ? Switch, which allows Mario to finish the level.

Before Mario beats the level, he must fight [[Mummipokey]]. He must avoid its sand-balls, and jump on it three times.
