This level is divided into two segments. In the first, the chosen character has to walk through the desert as they avoid traps like quicksand and enemies like Cobrats, Shyguys and a Panser.  There are also two jars and a Magic Potion. In both jars, there is a Snifit and a Red Shell. In the pyramid, the character has to dig through soft sand until reaching the bottom while avoiding Shyguys and Snifits. Pink Birdo is fought in a chamber full of chasms.
