In this stage, the [[ice (Dr. Mario World)|fully-frozen]] floatie viruses form a checkered diamond, with Brick Blocks and a key in between them. The Brick Blocks in the middle column contain hidden exploders. Pop cannons are located on the left and right of the floatie viruses, with caged crates in the same columns as the pop cannons. The cages' corresponding [[lock block]]s are located on the very left of the third row and the very right of the seventh row.
