When an area is cleared, [[Toad (species)|Toad]]s, [[Koopa Troopa]]s and yellow [[Shy Guy]]s appear. The [[Virus|viruses]] featured in the regular stages are red, blue and yellow.

|align=left|This stage introduces pop cannons, which will shoot projectiles above and below it when activated (through making a match or destroying it). The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, each odd-numbered column has [[Brick Block|Brick Blocks]] in between a pop cannon and a floatie virus, while the even-numbered columns contain crates. The Brick Blocks contain hidden barriers in the third and sixth rows. Hidden viruses are found in the Brick Blocks in the whole second row and the fourth, fifth and seventh rows in the leftmost and rightmost columns, as well as the middle Brick Block in the fourth row.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from [[Coin Block|Coin Blocks]]. In this stage, there are three pop cannons in the middle three columns positioned below two columns with barriers and one column with Brick Blocks (all containing coins), along with floatie viruses. The other columns above the row of pop cannons contain colorful crates arranged in checkered patterns and viruses in the first three rows.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all [[Key|keys]]. In this stage, the [[Door|doors]] are arranged in a diagonal line that block off a portion of viruses and coins, with some of the viruses inside partially-damaged barrels. On the outside of the line below the doors, in addition to viruses and coins, there are [[Exploder|exploders]] and keys. The rightmost two columns contain normal viruses.  

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:  

# The coin below the door in the second column and the three coins below the door in the fourth column, for a total of four coins.

# The four coins below the door in the middle column and the six coins in the seventh column, for a total of ten coins.

# The coin below the door in the leftmost column.

# The coin directly above each of the doors in the first five columns, for a total of five coins.

# The coin three rows above each of the doors in the first three columns, for a total of three coins.

# The coin in the top-left corner.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, the odd-numbered rows from first row to seventh rows contain Brick Blocks (all containing coins) in the leftmost and rightmost position, viruses in the middle column between floatie viruses and [[Crate|crates]] between the Brick Blocks and floatie viruses. In the rows between the odd-numbered rows are half-frozen [[Shell|shells]] and half-frozen pop cannons between the Brick Blocks, colorful crates between the viruses and barriers between the crates in the third and seventh columns.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all coins from Coin Blocks and destroy all colorful crates. In this stage, there are four rings of cages containing viruses and two columns of three cages containing Brick Blocks containing coins beside two of the groups, with the [[Lock Block|lock blocks]] in the fifth row. Between the lock blocks are Brick Blocks all containing coins. Occupying the other spaces are crates, colorful crates and a couple of viruses, as well as a pop cannon in the top-right corner.

In this stage, the middle three columns contain three groups where a shell and an exploder are between two rows of [[Empty Block|Empty Blocks]]. Each row with a shell and exploder has crates and Brick Blocks on the left and right of them, with the Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses in the first column and floatie viruses in the others. Colorful crates are between the Brick Blocks and crates.

In this stage, the group of viruses in the middle surround and are surrounded by purple coins, and on the corners of this group are pop cannons. Some of the viruses are half-frozen, while the coins in the border are frozen. On the leftmost and rightmost columns between the Empty Blocks are pop cannons that are between purple coins. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out Brick Blocks.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In this stage, there are two groups of cages in the shape of triangles, each containing viruses, floatie viruses, barriers and a lock block. In between the two groups, the red shells and pop cannons leads to a red lock block, the yellow caged shells and pop cannons leads to the blue lock block and the exploders in the blue cages are diagonally adjacent to each other.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to destroy all crates and collect all virus coins. In this stage, the crates form a box with an "X" in a middle, which is formed by exploders. Surrounding the crates are pop cannons and half-frozen viruses, where one of the pop cannons is half-frozen.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, crates are arranged in a checkered pattern, with viruses, pop cannons, shells, exploders and barrels in between them. The barrels contain exploders and pop cannons. The doors are in the last two rows revealed, with seven of them in the last row and two of them in the second-last row directly below the pop cannons in the last row.  

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 4 lines are introduced.

In this stage, there are half-frozen and normal viruses among the purple coins, along with pop cannons (most of them half-frozen) and a shell in the second row. In the middle is an exploder surrounded by caged coins.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all colorful crates. In this stage, there are barrels containing bubble machines in the leftmost, center and rightmost columns. Between the left and center barrels are colorful crates with viruses directly adjacent to them, and between the center and right barrels are crates with viruses directly adjacent to them.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, there are sixteen groups where each consists of three viruses (most are frozen) and an exploder arranged in two-by-twos. The groups are arranged so that each couple of rows have four groups each, with barrels containing purple coins filling the gaps. The keys and doors are in the even-numbered columns.

In this stage, colorful crates are arranged in a checkered pattern intersected with viruses arranged in a checkered pattern, forming a circle. Many of the colorful crates are caged. In the middle is a fully-frozen lock block with four exploders diagonally adjacent to it.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, there are two groups of dust viruses, and between them are viruses and floatie viruses. The two groups are separated by a group of crates. Above the higher group of viruses and below the lower group of viruses are Brick Blocks (all containing coins). Below the lower row of Brick Blocks are Empty Blocks with floatie viruses in between. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out crates.

In this stage, there is a square of fully-frozen viruses interspersed with barrels containing Brick Blocks (all containing coins) that do not intersect with one another. Pop cannons are located in the ninth row with a gap in the middle, while shells are located in the rightmost column above a pop cannon.

In this stage, Brick Blocks are found in the first, fifth, seventh and ninth rows, along with the even-numbered columns between the first and fifth rows which contain hidden floatie viruses. Floatie viruses are located in the sixth and eighth rows. More hidden floatie viruses are located in the even-numbered Brick Blocks in the seventh row. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out Capsule Plus.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to collect all viruses coins. In this stage, crates are arranged in a checkered pattern with an opening in the top-middle portion of the stage. Between the crates are [[Bubble|bubbles]] that contain viruses and colorful crates, with additional viruses where there are openings. In the topmost row are two Capsule Plus that are designed to demonstrate that destroying crates cause bubbles to float up and reveal virus coins behind the colorful crates.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, Floatie Viruses of each color in groups of three are found in clouds lined up in three columns. Brick Blocks in the third, fifth and seventh columns contain pink coins, while the others do not contain anything. Additionally, colorful crates are found on the columns that the Floatie Viruses do not occupy in the beginning. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out either colorful crates or exploders.

|align=left|The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all pink coins in Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are three rows of barriers alternating between three rows of viruses, with one barrier in each row being the odd one out in terms of being active. A row of purple coins found partially damaged barrels are located at the top of the stage before it scrolls, with an additional five coins above that row.  

On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being Floatie Viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the second and eighth rows, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 8 lines are introduced.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, including any that appears from flasks. In this stage, there are two medium-sized flasks and two rows of Empty Blocks separating two groups of barrels each arranged in a zig-zag line, with viruses found within the right-angled curves. Four more viruses are found in barrels in the top half, while the rest of the barrels contain exploders. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out viruses.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to collect all keys. In this stage, bubble viruses and colorful crates are arranged in diagonal lines, with every colorful crate found in partially damaged barrels except for the ones in the bottom-most row.  

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all barries. In this stage, barriers found in barrels form two overlapping circles. Barriers found in barrels will not change state until the barrel is broken.  

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, two groups of six viruses are surrounded by crates and a few colorful crates, and one group of virus is behind colorful crates and Empty Blocks. Additionally, seven Capsule Plus capsules are found throughout the stage, one of which is next to one group of viruses surrounded by crates.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. a row of eight red Floatie Viruses are found between a row of Brick Blocks and red colorful crates, and four additional Floatie Viruses are found above the group of Brick Blocks. Colorful crates are lined up on the sides above the group of Brick Blocks, along with two in the middle that are surrrounded by viruses. Every Brick Block contains coins.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, viruses, half-frozen barriers and Brick Blocks intersect with one another. The Brick Blocks in the topmost row contain doors, while the rightmost Brick Block in the bottom-most row contains a key. The Brick Blocks surrounded by viruses contain hidden viruses except for two, which contain keys.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to collect all Virus Coins. This stage is split into nine sections of three rows and three columns separated by colorful crates, and each section contains a Virus Coin. Several of the colorful crates are locked behind cages with its corresponding Lock Block in the middle section. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out colorful crates.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminiate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, two large groups of purple coins are found, separated by a line of half-frozen viruses. Next to each group are three shells and three Floatie Viruses. The Brick Block has a hidden purple coin. The order in which the coins are unlocked are the following:

# Two groups of six coins at the bottom half of the group and one coin in the Brick Block

# Two groups of six coins at the top half of the group

# Six coins that divided the two groups of six coins in both halves

In this stage, a group of viruses covered in dust are found in the middle, and a Lock Block locking colorful crates shaped in an upside-down "U" is found above a group of viruses. All Brick Blocks except for those in the same row as the Lock Block contain coins.

In this stage, purple coins surround two groups of 3x5 viruses, one group being half-frozen and another group encased in bubbles. Purple coins can be found in broken and unbroken barrels, with some of them in the way between the keys and doors.  

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, colorful crates separated groups of viruses, along with a few individual viruses near Empty Blocks. The red Lock Block is surrounded by Empty Blocks, along with Exploders near the Lock Block. The dust hides viruses.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, bubble viruses are found above purple coins found below crates, while caged purple coins are found above crates. A line of viruses are found directly below ice fans at the top of the stage. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

In this stage, colorful crates form two horizontal lines and two vertical lines criss-crossed with each other, with viruses occupying the spaces in between, along with colorful crates shaped like a cross at the top-right corner separated by ice fans and a lone virus.

In this stage, four lines containing Empty Blocks and crates are found separated by a column of bubbles in the middle, holding viruses, Floatie Viruses and a flask. Additional viruses are found along the lines of crates and Empty Blocks. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out bubble viruses.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the layout is symmetrical, save for the colors of the viruses and shells. Lock Blocks are found in the middle column, with crates behind the blue cages, Brick Blocks behind the yellow cages and viruses behind the red cages. All Brick Blocks contain coins. The order in which the purple coins are unlocked are as follows:

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to collect all keys. In this stage, the viruses form a shape of a bunny's head. Among the viruses, four Floatie Viruses of each of the three colors are found. Doors are found in the topmost row, while keys are initially located below the yellow viruses.

In this stage, half-frozen viruses, exploders, shells and Brick Blocks are found, along with a few fully-frozen Brick Blocks and purple coins. The order in which the purple coins are unlocked are as follows:

# The two middle coins in the fourth row

# The coins found in the middle three columns

|align=left|The final stage is a scrolling stage that requires all viruses to be eliminated. In this stage, various Floatie Viruses are found in the beginning, along with Brick Blocks and viruses in barrels throughout the stages. Bubble viruses appear eventually, and later ice fans start to appear. Exploders later appear, and a couple of half-frozen viruses one line after that. A line of regular viruses are found near the top, with the top containing a line of Empty Blocks. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 10 lines are introduced.

|align=left|Within a 54 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are two sets of columns where a column of colorful crates are between two columns of viruses, where the left ones have colorful crates of the same color as the viruses on the same row and the right ones have colorful crates of the same color as the viruses on the row below. Both sets have no colorful crates next to the bottom-most row of viruses. Separating the sets of columns are crates.  

|align=left|Within a 85 second time limit, players need to destroy all crates and destroy all barriers. In this stage, the odd-numbered columns have pop cannons at the bottom row, where the leftmost, middle and rightmost columns have crates and an additional pop cannon, while the other odd-numbered columns have colorful crates. On the even-numbered columns are barriers.  

|align=left|Within a 75 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses, collect all coins from Coin Blocks and destroy all crates. In this stage, viruses are lined up in the odd-numbered columns, with the floatie viruses found in the two topmost rows. On the even-numbered columns, there are crates and Brick Blocks containing coins.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, many of the viruses are fully-frozen, as well as Brick Blocks and keys in the beginning and exploders and doors after the stages scrolls. Pop cannons are found initially on the second bottom-most row. The Brick Blocks after the stage scrolls contain hidden doors and keys. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out Brick Blocks.
