The player starts at the bottom of the tower. There are Snake Blocks throughout the level which can either help or hinder [[Mario]]. There are also [[Bone Goomba]]s, [[Bone Piranha Plant]]s, and [[Dry Bones]] in the level. The bosses in this tower are two [[Reznor]]s located on a wheel with four rectangular ? Blocks. After defeating them the first time, [[Roy]] will come down with a chain and taunt at Mario.

After the checkpoint, there is a door on the platform above. Entering the door leads to a room with a [[Roulette Coin Block]] enclosed by Snake Blocks. Above the room there is a red pipe which releases [[Bone Goomba]]s. The player should notice that the Snake Blocks enter and exit the room through holes in the left and right walls. The player needs to enter the hole on the right when the Snake Blocks are not there. Entering it will lead to a small room with a gold [[Warp Pipe]]. Warping through it takes the player to the roof of the tower, where several Snake Blocks can be found. At the end is the [[Goal Pole]].

This exit unlocks a [[Toad House|Green Toad House]] and {{world-link|1|cannonn2|World 1-Warp Cannon (New Super Mario Bros. 2)}}.
