Wizpig Strikes Back is located on [[Future Fun Land]], behind the T.T. Door, and is unlocked after obtaining every [[Golden Balloon]] and all four pieces of the [[T.T. amulet]] are obtained. The official ''Diddy Kong Racing'' website suggested racing as Diddy on this track.<ref name=Website/>

The course begins in an area with floating meteors and giant stone spikes, with some spaceships up above shooting laser beams down. This section leads to an area above water with electric barriers on the right hand side, and a cliff face which looks like [[Wizpig]]'s head. After this is a cave system with more electrical barriers and stone spikes, that leads to a room with an electrified throne in the middle and where there are more spaceships that fire lasers at the player. After this is a tunnel that leads back to the starting line.

Unlike the first Wizpig race, [[Weapon Balloon]]s do appear on this track. Most are red or blue, but there is a single yellow balloon just before the throne room, which is critical for the player to avoid being hit by the stray lasers covering the room.

In the remake, some of the stone spikes were removed, and the spaceships at the end of the tunnel no longer shoot. Hence, the ships only shoot in one part of the course, but now they home in until they pass the player, making it hard to continue. The electrical wires at Wizpig's throne have been made hazardous, since they now hurt the player.
