It first appeared in the [[Halloween Tour (2019)|2019 Halloween Tour]], and as shown by the name, it is a variant of the [[Wario Wing]] that contains [[Waluigi]]'s mugshot. Like the Wario Wing, this glider improves the chances of getting [[Bullet Bill]]s from [[Item Box]]es and increases the amount of points awarded for crashing other drivers while under the effects of a Bullet Bill.
