'''Vancouver Velocity 2''' is a race course in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]''. It is the second layout of the [[Vancouver Velocity]] course which, unlike the first layout, visits more of the city portion of the track, even letting the racers go inside an ice hockey arena with [[Skating Shy Guy]]s. The course also features a unique cannon shaped like a firework that is functionally similar to the [[Barrel Cannon]]. It makes its debut on the [[Penguin Tour]] as the featured course of the tour. The course also appears as '''Vancouver Velocity 2R''' (reverse), '''Vancouver Velocity 2T''' (trick), and '''Vancouver Velocity 2R/T''' (reverse and trick).
