'''VS Bowser''' is a course of ''[[Super Mario Run]]''. It appears in Remix 10, as the final course of Areas that end with an [[Castle]]. It consists of a battle with [[Impostor Bowser|fake Bowser]], based on the battle in [[Bowser's Castle Hangout]]. It first appears in Area 3.<ref>{{cite|quote=Mario's rival Bowser is waiting in the third area of Remix 10.|title=New to the game? Check this out first!|date=March 9, 2018|publisher=Nintendo|accessdate=October 30, 2024}}</ref> fake Bowser is always the disguised form of a [[Goomba]]. In Area 30, the Castle is instead [[Bowser's Castle]], and the real [[Bowser]] is battled. Clearing the Area 30 version of the course unlocks [[Princess Daisy|Daisy]] as a playable character.

Mario walks into the course with a short ledge leading up to the bridge with fake Bowser/Bowser. This battle is similar to the one seen in Bowser's Castle Hangout. There is a [[Pause Block]] placed before the bridge as normal, with a cutscene for fake Bowser/Bowser forcing Mario onto it. If Mario was defeated by fake Bowser or Bowser in the last run of Remix 10, then a [[Super Mushroom]] appears before the ledge. If fake Bowser/Bowser is defeated, he drops all three of the course's [[Bonus Medal]]s, which are instantly collected. Fake Bowser/Bowser can be defeated using [[Invincible Mario]], but even so touching the [[Axe]] is the sole way to end the course.
