:I can answer you the question. The Japan-exlusive card game is official. The website where the images are from is still in the Internet Archive ([http://web.archive.org/web/20030407031825/www.nintendo.co.jp/n09/don_card/card/standard/chara/index.html example]), but many images are broken. That card game would actually be worth an article in my opinion, since it is not just about collecting cards, it's an actual trading card ''game''. --[[User:Grandy02|Grandy02]] 13:19, 27 January 2010 (EST)

::Thanks. I was mostly concerned because a different user removed the images again. I already thought they looked pretty legit, but as always, I was only guessing. - {{User:Cobold/sig}} 13:26, 27 January 2010 (EST)

:::They are indeed legit, I hunted them out because I was looking for official art of Candy to add. The Internet Archive has a few but it's missing a lot, I found a selection of other ones in the .zip file someone uploaded here. http://www.rarewitchproject.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16083 The card game in question is linked to from the Japanese Donkey Kong 64 website but the card site itself no longer exists. I think the cards originally just tied in with the cartoon show until Donkey Kong 64 was released, when they released a set of new cards to tie in with the game. Oh, and thanks Grandy.
