However, proposals that end with three votes or less are instead ruled as a "NO QUORUM", as per rule 8. You also forgot the put the {{tem|TPP}} template at the top of your proposal and didn't add the proposal to the talk page proposals list [[MarioWiki:Proposals#Talk_page_proposals|here]], which would be a reason why you only got one vote on the proposal other than your own.
