I think I'll go with deleting File:Madbirdnocryingsymbol.png. It's kind of useless anyway. Also, I did not know that Personal Images for one user have a maximum of four! Thanks for reminding me!

You didn't have to delete [[:File:Madbirdnocryingsymbol.png]] because [[:File:RedAngryBirds.png]] can have its tag be changed to {{tem|personal-file-sig}} and you would still be following policy. You can just ask {{user|Mario jc}} to restore the image if you want. Policy is 4:1 (general personal images to one used in your signature, totaling 5 allowed). --{{User:Wildgoosespeeder/sig}} 16:23, 1 June 2017 (EDT)

Hi. Just a couple of things regarding your personal images:
*Per [[MarioWiki:Signatures]], your signature must be able to fit in the box above, so the image should be 35 pixels or less in ''height'' (so <code>x35px</code> instead of <code>35px</code>).
*Per [[MarioWiki:Signatures]], your signature must be able to fit in the box above, so the image should be 35 pixels or less in ''height'' (so <code>x35px</code> instead of <code>35px</code>).
*Each user is allowed four personal images ''plus'' one signature image, so you don't need to mark [[:File:RedAngryBirds.png]] for deletion if you don't want to. Because only one signature image is allowed, though, either [[:File:ToadetteVectorArtCustom.png]] or [[:File:MadBird82Character.png]] should use {{tem|personal-file}} instead of {{tem|personal-file-sig}} (preferably the former since you're not using it in your signature).

== Links to redirects ==
I noticed your recent edit on the [[????]] page.  While it was a good trivia point, [[Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser]] is actually a redirect; the game’s info is covered [[Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions#Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser|here]].  I just wanted to let you know that linking to redirects in articles is discouraged and should generally be avoided; use piped linking (<nowiki>[[link|displaytext]]</nowiki>) in such cases.  The word "here" in my comment is actually a piped link in case you need to look at its code.  Thanks for reading and keep contributing! -{{User:YoshiFlutterJump/sig}} 20:22, 24 March 2018 (EDT)
== Re:Minion Quest ==
I don't actually own a copy of the game and thus cannot verify the information, so feel free to either bring it up with an active user who ''does'' have the game, or simply add that information yourself. Thanks! {{User:Toadette the Achiever/sig}} 22:31, 6 May 2018 (EDT)
== Images ==
Just curious, why do you give .gifs so much unused blank space? I know all the frames need to have the same parameters, and that the surrounding squares on the TSR sheets are fairly large, but does there need to be so much consistently-unused space? That just causes file sizes to grow unnecessarily, from what I can tell... [[User:Doc von Schmeltwick|Doc von Schmeltwick]] ([[User talk:Doc von Schmeltwick|talk]]) 01:09, 20 May 2018 (EDT)
:Um, those responses confuse me greatly. I was just asking why the borders appear as a huge square, when they could be compressed to the actual frames' furthest-out boundaries. [[User:Doc von Schmeltwick|Doc von Schmeltwick]] ([[User talk:Doc von Schmeltwick|talk]]) 00:50, 21 May 2018 (EDT)
== Game sprites category ==
Letting you know that adding [[:Category:Game sprites]] to images is redundant when you add the {{tem|game-sprite}} license, as the category is automatically applied. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 12:53, 17 June 2018 (EDT)

== Zombie Shroom ==
So I saw you editing the SPM bestiary by adding 1-1 to Zombie Shroom and this means that the enemy is now in the wrong order, being cornered by enemies that first appeared in 1-3. I replayed through the whole level and searched in every inch and hit all these blocks, but I couldn't find the Shroom. Would be nice if you can tell me where you found it so I can place the enemy at the right spot in the bestiary {{User:VOIDTHIS/sig}} 23:48, 3 August 2018 (CEST)

:With that much research, I don't see why not, but better ask around a bit in case someone else has foudn them in those locations.

== Thingy about file clone ==
The fact of the matter is that character galleries should be prioritized just as much or possibly more than game galleries, as that's typically where people look for images of that character. That images was not in Fawful's gallery. But of course, I'm responding to a comment not directed at me. They did upload a {{file link|Snow Guy (Blue).png|poorly-cropped and enlarged}} image, which ''claims'' to have originated from a Switch screenshot, so I'm really unsure about it. [[User:Doc von Schmeltwick|Doc von Schmeltwick]] ([[User talk:Doc von Schmeltwick|talk]]) 16:36, 22 November 2018 (EST)

== YouTube for DiC ==
I'd suggest making sure to type in "HD" when searching for episodes to get screenshots of, as several of the videos are of quite low-quality. [[User:Doc von Schmeltwick|Doc von Schmeltwick]] ([[User talk:Doc von Schmeltwick|talk]]) 21:03, 2 December 2018 (EST)
:People just have better video cameras to record things than they did back in the day, so more recent ones will be much cleaner-looking. Typing in "HD" is the best way to ensure that, or sorting them by most recent. [[User:Doc von Schmeltwick|Doc von Schmeltwick]] ([[User talk:Doc von Schmeltwick|talk]]) 14:38, 8 December 2018 (EST)
==Aboutfiles==
{{aboutfile-reminder}}
Hello, regarding your [https://www.mariowiki.com/Special:ListFiles/MadBird82 recent uploads] you are incorrectly using the {{tem|aboutfile}} template, as you are forgetting to remove the empty variables when uploading an image as, for example, if you put nothing in the |4= slot, then |4= must be removed from the aboutfile template entirely. While using the aboutfile template is not necessary, if you do use it it must be used correctly, as listed above this comment. Thanks for your understanding. {{User:Doomhiker/sig}} 11:28, 8 February 2019 (EST)
Okay. I'll remember that.

== Bingo cards ==
Hello, can I ask how you're getting the bingo card artwork (i.e. what format the My Nintendo reward was downloaded in and what edits were made if any)? {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 22:51, April 3, 2019 (EDT)
== RE:Disambiguation ==
Normally, I would say that those two disambiguation pages should be deleted due to being redundant to the {{tem|about}} template.
'''''HOWEVER!'''''
I'm starting to think that we should have called them "levels" to begin with since the "mission" terminology doesn't really apply to this kind of linear progression, so I'll update the terminology to reflect this. {{User:Toadette the Achiever/sig}} 15:57, April 19, 2019 (EDT)
== Contractions ==
In light of your latest creations, please remember that contractions (such as "wasn't", "isn't", "he's") are [[MarioWiki:Manual of Style#Contractions|discouraged]] in non-quote text on the wiki and the extended forms ("was not", "is not", "he is") should be used instead. Other than that, keep editing and good luck! {{User:Bye Guy/Sig}} 17:49, May 31, 2019 (EDT)
== Re: Unused MLSS Final Boss dialogue ==
If you've found something unused, it can be added, and if you can find more information while doing so, that'd also be great. Certainly sounds interesting! [[User:Doc von Schmeltwick|Doc von Schmeltwick]] ([[User talk:Doc von Schmeltwick|talk]]) 00:02, July 18, 2019 (EDT)
== Received ==
[https://www.mariowiki.com/index.php?title=The_Great_Hammer_Barrage&diff=2820111&oldid=2820108 You're spelling "received" wrong]. You're spelling it with an "ie" instead of an "ei". {{User:7feetunder/sig}} 19:54, December 4, 2019 (EST)
== Dream Team ==
Just want to say something to help you out with your Dream Team edits, when talking about damage values (like with the Flibee), you should include "in normal mode" since Hard Mode has different damage values. I'll put those in if I can remember them, but just a heads up. [[User:Mario Sakuraba|Mario Sakuraba]] ([[User talk:Mario Sakuraba|talk]]) 12:39, June 6, 2020 (EDT)
==Re:Windbag==
It's not rude at all, and in fact I think that's a pretty good question. For the first alter ego when Koopa announces "Opportunity knocking," Gramma Toadstool responds "But I don't know anyone named opportunity," Koopa gets flustered and quips, "Er, good fortune! A turn of luck! That which you've been looking for! Happy days are here again! Open the door, ya old biddy!" It seems he's not really calling himself "Opportunity" so much as he's saying he has an opportunity, but Gramma misunderstands and Koopa comes up with other phrases to get her to open the door. For the third alter ego, Koopa is still visible wearing Gramma's gown underneath his scuba gear, and when Toadstool inflates him away she teasingly exclaims, "See ya later, windbag!" So from my observations, these aren't really alter egos in the traditional sense of the ''Super Show''. [[User:LinkTheLefty|LinkTheLefty]] ([[User talk:LinkTheLefty|talk]]) 18:58, August 18, 2020 (EDT)
:I'd merge the "windbag" alter ego with his Gramma disguise and put "Opportunity" under the Other costumes section. [[User:LinkTheLefty|LinkTheLefty]] ([[User talk:LinkTheLefty|talk]]) 19:26, August 18, 2020 (EDT)
