Mario Kart Virtual Cup is not a "real" game. It's an unofficial port of Super Mario Kart made by an user of PlanetVB. A "VB Mario Kart" was mentioned in a German video game magazine, which is why it's listed on those pages. Mario Kart Virtual Cup is unrelated to it.
