I will give you the specifics on the whole, "vertical line thing"

You see those colons? These things::::::::   Those are where the vertical lines are supposed to be. How do you do those vertical lines in your explanations????
Anyway, I think for now I will only have that picture of Mario there, he is my favorite =>

Hold on, the only way to release images into the public domain and keep them as your personal images is to make them userboxes. You can't just make gifs and offer them to everyone on this wiki. -depends, if its a recolor like your, all you have to do is recolor the trousers which for me, doesn't take so long, if its the hat and the trouser, then takes longer than that, if its custom, it'll take awhile.
