| Hold on, the only way to release images into the public domain and keep them as your personal images is to make them userboxes. You can't just make gifs and offer them to everyone on this wiki. | depends, if its a recolor like your, all you have to do is recolor the trousers which for me, doesn't take so long, if its the hat and the trouser, then takes longer than that, if its custom, it'll take awhile.
