There are separate credits for the Japanese version of Mario Kart 64 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYh-ZlpxEec#t=1m59s) and they say Charles Martinee (yellow), Tomoko Maruno (green in right column), Asako Kozuki (green in left), Julien Bardakoff (blue right), Thomas Spindler (blue left) and John Huraton (red). Isaac Marshall isn't credited for Bowser or Donkey Kong (and thus not credited in the Japanese version) because nothing new was technically recorded; it's just the old voice samples edited.  Thus, they only credited what was newly gained.  Similarly, Bardakoff, Spindler, Maruno and Marshall were not credited for Mario Party 1 and 2 because no other samples were ever taken from them.  Howard Drossin's "Music Composer" credit in Sonic & Knuckles is another example of crediting only what was new.
