Well, I'd have to know how well you know our policies first. Since you've only just joined, I have no way of knowing if you do, and if the pages will have the information they need upon being undeleted. Page creation is locked to [[MarioWiki:Autoconfirmed users|autoconfirmed users]], so once you meet that requirement, you will be able to create the pages yourself.
