Images is one of my favorite things in the wiki to manage it with pride. Go to the toolbox, at the bottom there is "Upload file", click that. Read the instructions before consider uploading. When your done, click the Browse or Choose file button when you see the two writable boxes. Pick the file you wanted to upload from the folder.
