*The file should be filled in with the appropriate information, including a license and category. Please read {{tem|imagecategory-reminder}} and the above reminder for how to do so. I notice you're using the text editor uploader, but I suggest you use [[Special:Upload]] as it's easier to do this.
*Please give them more descriptive names, rather than using a default file name.

Please stop uploading files with just a description. They need a license and category. For future uploads, add the following to the summary box when you upload:

The license depends on what type of image it is (explained above). Again, I strongly suggest uploading with [[Special:Upload]] instead of the text editor's uploader.
