In addition, keep in mind that game titles should be ''italicised'' (so [[Luigi's Mansion 3]] becomes ''[[Luigi's Mansion 3]]''; see [[MarioWiki:Manual of Style#Italicizing titles]]). You do this by clicking the <tt>'''''I'''''</tt> icon above the text box and typing the name in. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 06:41, December 12, 2019 (EST)
You don't need to italicise like <code><nowiki>[[Luigi's Mansion|''Luigi's Mansion'']]</nowiki></code>. The difference between this and <code><nowiki>[[Donkey Kong (franchise)|''Donkey Kong'']]</nowiki></code> (which I assume you were [https://www.mariowiki.com/index.php?title=List_of_level_themes&oldid=2819883 following the format of]) is that the text that follows the vertical bar | changes the link to display that text (i.e. the page is [[Donkey Kong (franchise)]] but the link shows "''Donkey Kong''"; this is called [[Help:Link#Appearances|piping]]). Since the name of the link is the same as the name of the page you're linking to, simply typing <code><nowiki>''[[Luigi's Mansion]]''</nowiki></code> is much easier. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 09:05, December 14, 2019 (EST)
A couple things:
*Use the [[:Template:italic title|italic title]] template to add italics to the title of an article, [https://www.mariowiki.com/index.php?title=Snake_(Luigi%27s_Mansion_3)&diff=2837935&oldid=2837932 like so].
*Add the [[:Template:conjecture|conjecture]] template to articles for subjects that have no known official name, such as [[Possessed Bin]], [[Possessed Chest]], or [[Snake (Luigi's Mansion 3)|Snake (''Luigi's Mansion 3'')]].
*When linking to subject that aren't proper nouns, such as [[treasure chest]], do not capitalize the first letter.

Hi, thanks for following the advice Mario jc gave you above. Keep in mind that every new article needs a [[MarioWiki:Navigation templates|navtemplate]] (if it exists) as well as at least one [[MarioWiki:Categories|category]]. Also, when adding infoboxes to pages, make sure the parameters [[Template:LM room infobox|match up with the infobox's coding]]. I already <span class="plainlinks">[https://www.mariowiki.com/index.php?title=Elevator_Hall_%28Paranormal_Productions%29&type=revision&diff=2825215&oldid=2825212 fixed the listed issues for you]</span>, though be sure to keep that in mind for future reference. Thanks! {{User:Toadette the Achiever/sig}} 22:11, December 12, 2019 (EST)

[[:Category:Luigi's Mansion Items]] is for the [[Luigi's Mansion|first game]], so it doesn't apply to ''[[Luigi's Mansion 3]]''. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 05:35, December 25, 2019 (EST)
== ''Luigi's Mansion''/Featured articles ==
Hello there. I heard you are working hard to get the ''[[Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon]]'' and ''[[Luigi's Mansion 3]]'' articles featured. I am also trying to get this accomplished. Would you like to create some more articles for rooms in [[The Last Resort]] in LM3? I've been doing it for a while but I sort of lost interest with ''[[Super Mario Maker 2]]''. I don't know if this is something you'd be interested in. I saw you were able to create [[Elevator Hall (Paranormal Productions)|Elevator Hall]] and [[Entrance Hall]]. {{User:The Mansion/sig}} 20:13, December 31, 2019 (EST)

So are you the owner of the accounts {{user|PaulimsFilms}} and {{user|Paulimsfilms}}? Having multiple accounts is not permitted so I need to know so those can be blocked from access. Be sure to [[Special:Preferences|set a recovery email]] to this account so this can be avoided in the future. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 05:09, January 3, 2020 (EST)
Yes @Mario jc, those were accounts I hade I while ago, however I have since lost the passwords to them. You may deactivate them.

:They have been blocked. Please follow Mario jc's advice and set an email, so you can recover your account if need be. You should not make any more accounts, so if you can't recover your account for some reason, you can click "forgot password" when signing in or let an admin know. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 15:56, January 3, 2020 (EST)
== Uploads ==
"Category:Luigi's Mansion Images" just needed to be in square brackets, not curly ones, and since it's really a screenshot of a game anyway, "Video game screenshot" should be fine for its license. Other than those, all good. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 20:28, January 11, 2020 (EST)
::Hey paisano, your jpeg/jpg files should use jpg as well. You can directly change it in the upload page. Thanks! [[User:Trig Jegman|Trig]] - 22:38, January 11, 2020 (EST)
==Check-In==
How are things? How is ''[[Luigi's Mansion]]'' coming along? Are you still doing articles for rooms in [[The Last Resort]]? I am working on them with [[User:Random Penguins14|another user]]. We are meeting in the middle, I'm going in reverse, so feel free to work on anything you want. I also be rewriting some articles for ''Luigi's Mansion'' rooms, since I need something else to do. {{User:The Mansion/sig}} 19:58, April 14, 2020 (EDT)
