See the words like (color code) in brackets? You have to replace those with what we call "color codes", which you get here: [[Help:Color codes]]. In there are numbers and letters that are used for colors (for example, there's a code that says F60 which is orange). You can choose the codes of colors you want and add them in where it says (color code) for the border and background. And for (image), just add an image. For (add a message), simply type in anything you want for a message. If you don't know what the heck I'm saying, ask a sysop or patroller - I'm not very good at helping. But I can make one for you:
