I don't believe there's a page for those special ? Blocks. I think the list should be for the common blocks containing items (?, M, L) like the previous ''M&L'' games' lists, and can include the "switch" M/L/! Blocks and special ? Blocks as long as there's descriptions explaining how they differ. More special-function blocks like the Puzzle Blocks and those Empty Blocks can just have sections on their relevant articles and have a notice at the top of the relevant location section in the blocks list, e.g.:
