You're not [[MarioWiki:Autoconfirmed_users|autoconfirmed]] yet, so you can't create pages (including your userpage). You should be able to edit most pages, but my guess is that you've only tried editing major or high-traffic pages like [[Mario]], which autoconfirmed users can ''not'' edit (this prevents spammers from joining and immediately vandalizing our high-traffic pages).
