:My issue with your solution is that no internet archive can be fully trusted. Nintendo can do the classic Nintendo moment and request archive.org to exclude all *.nintendo.com URLs from the archives, as they've already done with NoE. archive.org could shut down, other archive websites can also shut down. The cost of running archive.org is beyond my imagination. I'll try to cover the articles anyway in a sandbox to see if it'll cause problems. Hello, I was wondering if the user [[Special:Contributions/SuperBowser64|SuperBowser64]]'s username could be changed so I could take up their username. They haven't been active for over 11 years and only ever made 3 edits, all of them being reverted shortly after. I use SuperBowser64 as my username on both ZeldaWiki and Nookipedia, and had to use MegaBowser64 here as a compromise. I never considered the holder of this username though, and after viewing their contributions, I don't think it would be unreasonable if their username could be changed to something similar so I could use it to keep the same username across NIWA wikis. I think you should consider taking another look at including the "Title Theme" from New Super Mario Bros. Wii as a reference in [[The Super Mario Bros. Movie (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)]] for "Welcome to the Mushroom Kingdom" from 1:23 to 1:24. Yes, the reference is only three notes, but in the original NSMBW theme, those notes are very distinct and an integral motif throughout (it can first be heard at 0:03 in the original theme for reference). Hello! I recently uploaded some of the Mario Party Jamboree character icons and they were removed by you for being “blurry and upscaled.” While I appreciate your efforts to provide the most quality screenshots of the character icons, I can assure you I did not upscale the icons. I did however, remove the background of the icons, and place a white square in the background of the icons, to remove any of the excess teal background, and to make the icons look much cleaner. The white square in the background is unnoticeable and I think works as placeholders for the icons until the game is released. I’m sorry again if I come off as rude. I am a beginner for contributing on the wiki and just want to provide the best information I possibly can. Thanks so much!

So, I have been doing another run of RPGs, this time finding every item found on field and given by NPCs (per suggestion by the user Zootalo). I have completed SMRPG (original and remake) and added everything to my sandbox. After a discussion with Nightwicked Bowser, we came to the conclusion to edit the template Template:RPG item locations to include screenshots of the exact locations of the items. Problem is I don't know how to change the template properly so it won't break and it will show up on different pages differently.

For example: On Mario Bros. House page, in the Paper Mario section is the one item - Autograph and PM doesnt have remake (yet), so the table created by the template would gain one section named Screenshot. BUT On let's say the page Stardust Fields, the table with items would get two sections - Screenshot and Screenshot (Remake).
It feels like deja vu of sorts, except a year ago I was IP blocked instead of ranged blocked, and I decided to sign in for this very reason. So I hope you can unblock my internet, and thanks.

All the "citation needed" stuff I have added is only for descriptions as the exact wording is less important until the game comes out. All of them are things we know for sure what they do because we saw them in action in videos or mentioned in articles from hands on reviews (from sources I have cited). I added them so people don't have to infer what they do just from the name or combo alone, they have no context of all the hands on reviews or even different language Overview Trailer I have seen because most people don't check for sources. In fact, I tried to mimic the wording used by the ones we have seen so if there were mistakes, the wording wouldn't be completely different, I got Auto Syrup Jar's description spot on and immediately added the source to it at the same time. Another reason I did it is because mimicing the wording may cause people not to notice it is wrong immediately even after the game comes out. If I couldn't edit then, as the descriptions are a lower priority than gameplay, story, and maybe even images because the effort is just copying the text from items and tooltips, who would know to correct them without the tag pointing out they may not be completely accurate? But I get it, it is "speculation" after all, as long as it is not completely accurate, there is no point in informing wiki users of at least the basics of the facts. I am sorry I have overused citation needed for those purposes.
For some reason, [[World 8 (New Super Mario Bros.)]] appears in [[:Category:Image map templates]]. I purged both the page and the category, i reloaded it many times, i made dummy edits, i made sure there was the noinclude tag, but nothing works. The Spanish Challenge section would probably have "You need X more" text for the "Coordinated Jump/Hammer Ace" at some point, but they are already completed in the source video so it doesn't show. That's the only part that is "speculation" as other Challenges all use that wording except the "X damage in one attack" ones, yet you removed the whole thing including the word-for-word text in Spanish which is taken directly from the source and the translation. Have you checked the source before removing them?

The only thing I disagree with is 1-Up DX removal, I have seen it worded like it somewhere before and it is changed from the other games where it is 1-Up Deluxe but I couldn't find it. At first I see Builder Toad receiving Bob-omb Cannons and Explorer Toadette receiving Double Bob-ombs, which makes me a bit suspicious
But when I see Pengui Yellow Toad receiving Dash Rings instead of ice Flowers, I get agitated because it does not fit Penguin's powerups, like Penguin Mario and Toadette.
This also happens to Kamek when he has Cioin Box instead of Ice Flowers since he has magic, and it has sparkle trails, not to spew coins, contradicting Mario platforming games.
Golfer Luigi should have used Ice Flowers like he did in Mario Golf Super Rush, and Wintertime Larry should have used Ice Flowers because his clothes were made of snowflakes.
For Green Birdo, while it makes sense to have Fire Flowers just like she did in Super Mario Bros 2, it would make a bit of sense to receive Green Shells as her special item.
The worst offender will be Golden Mario with Fire Flowers since it is considered a false item and it would make sense to receive a Coin Box. Coin Box makes him OP, so it would make better sense to receive Lucky 7 instead.

I think the SSB4 section on the ''Super Mario Bros.'' [[Ground Theme (Super Mario Bros.)|Ground Theme]] page should be split back into separate ''for 3DS'' and ''for Wii U'' sections. Besides that ''for 3DS'' was released earlier, there being so many different arrangements between the two versions means that having a combined section for both games makes it extremely cluttered and confusing to read, especially since so many distinctions have to be made about version exclusivity, which stages each arrangements plays on, etc. I agree that I initially had the two sections written with some repetitive information (i.e. mentioning "Club Nintendo soundtrack" multiple times), but I think it would be better to just remove some of the repetitive information while leaving it as separate sections.
