I did see that note.  perhaps should've made discussion before adding it. on one hand I understand since it just says what buttons to press, but on the other hand a game mentioning a cheat code is also a bit more complicated then just listing controls as of all the other instances (not to mention being hidden and games rarely mention secret codes like that ingame) then theres the instance of the code in Bowser's Inside Story, which is also on the page. So, I'm back, again. New RPG, new list to create. Anyways, I'll stick to the point: Since the page for ? Blocks in Origami King is so thorough and includes EVERY SINGLE ONE, I thought: Why some pages should have only hidden blocks and this one has all. I am aware that TOK as ingame counter for them, but so does the 3DS Mario and Luigi titles and only SS has the page for the hidden ones. So, I propose these two scenarios:

Hi. So. I just finished original Bowser's Inside Story and there are quite a lot of types of blocks, namely ? Block, Attack Piece Block, Brick Block, Special ? Block, Rally Block, Empty Block,  M-Block, L-Block, Body Slam Panel, Puzzle Sack Block and ! Block., so I kind of have series of questions:

*Special ? Block - 2 in Pump Works and 1 in Energy Hold, these ? Blocks when struck create a collumn of 5 M/L Blocks in a pattern, which then must be repeated by striking subsequent 5 ? Blocks. Since they are different from normal ? Blocks, I would like to know if we have page for this type of block so I can use it when making the list? I vaguely remember it reappearing in Paper Jam, with P Blocks added to the mix.
*M/L/! Blocks - 1 M in Energy Hold, 2 L in Pump Works and Energy Hold, ! in Plack Beach Cliff. I grouped them together since they serve the same purpose. When struck, they turn on the coins around them. Should I include them in the list even though they're technically switches? But then these four are the only "switches" that give you a reward, like a ? Block. So you can see the dilemma here.
*Body Slam Panel - In Blubble Lake, Bowser Path and Peach's Castle. They also give out rewards when struck, just like ? Blocks But due to their low number, which would be better: Include them in the list or make a section in the Body Slam page?
*Empty Block - Ten in Toad Town Mall. Only in the Mushroom Ball sidequest. Add to the list and to the Mushroom Ball page or just the MB page? I know there already are some images, but I will include new ones in preparation for when I'll play the remake. (requested by Swallow)
*Puzzle Sack Block - Same as MB - On the list and page or just the page? Here I would only edit the existing images and also to prepare it for the remake.
*As for the rest, they will be added by default, so no questions for them.

Well, I have finished with remake of PMTTYD and already uploaded images for Treasure/Black Chests. I will do rest over the course of this week, but I have a question: The area east of the Petalburg is named Petal Meadows in the original but Path to Shhwonk Fortress and Shhwonk Fortress in the remake. But only the first screen is considered PtSF and the rest as SF (on the map and when UI appears). But Goombella's area Tattle considers all screens before the screen after the Thwomp as PtSF. My question is: When I will add remake info and images to the pages, should I go by map/UI or Goombella's area tattle? It's called super Mario kart dokidoki race and it's on the banpresto forum board in a collection of forum posts to preserve obscure Mario arcade games and it's called arcade coverage super Mario boards the Mario forum. The game was a Japanese exclusive in 1994. There are forum boards by the same people for machines made by other companies; konami, fabtek and sunwise. I do agree that there's been a lack of communication with the changes I'm making to articles. I think I just assumed proposals are mostly for deciding whether to create or delete stuff on the wiki. On sidenote, I think disagreements on articles (mainly if they're not part of a "set" like Mario Kart courses, Super Mario levels) are too vague and lack substance to form a proposal out of.


As for the tabber template, both cases approved by the system are comparing screenshots each showing a different iterations of something between appearances. I'm not the only one who has been doing this: if you also take a look at the Mario 64 courses, I didn't add tabber to those. The Mario Party and Mario Kart set a precedent for similar cases: if Mario party minigames can use tabber, why not WarioWare microgames too? those are minigames that have returned in later WarioWare games in very similar manner to Mario Party minigames. From what I've heard, there's a solution in place for if JavaScript doesn't work, though over time, I've both felt and realized that such circumstances would call for captioning the images to preserve the context of the images.

So I recently completed the item lists for Dream Team and Paper Jam and I was wondering, can I do the same for the remake of the Superstar Saga, since lot of it is same from the original game? Another thing is related to this: Is it possible that the List of Beanholes for Superstar Saga is not accurate? Like I don't remember seeing that the remake removed some beans, only made the invisible ones visible, so the numbers should be same, but in the areas mentioned above it's not the case. It will take time but I will find out myself. But if I'm proven right I would add to the old list. But if not, that means some beans were added in the remake, so that's another reason to do that list for the remake.

Hey, uhh, happy 100th talk page section! So, I was wondering if it's allowed to upload every comic from the ''[[Perfect Edition of the Great Mario Character Encyclopedia]]'', because I saw uploads of the English ''[[Super Mario Encyclopedia]]'' in the to-be-deleted category for copyright issues.
Edit: So I have found 1 in Teehee Valley and added a picture. But also found the place in Beanbean Fields where it's supposed to be, but isn't. And in Chucklehuck Woods, in the remake, the 5 required to dig out aren't counted in the Records option in the menu, so the number is fine without them. So, the remake added 1 new beanhole and made the others visible and some visible one have been moved. So in my opinion, I think the list of beanholes for the remake is a good idea. I did however, remove the background of the icons, and place a white square in the background of the icons, to remove any of the excess teal background, and to make the icons look much cleaner. *First of all, should the Mario Party and Partner Party boards be split? My thinking is that unlike the Bowser Party variants of boards in ''[[Mario Party 10]]'', these are different boards with different layouts, and the only thing similar about them is the general theme of each board.
*Second, should the different pathways in the River Survival mode get their own articles? I think they should, since not only is each path named, but they're also in fixed locations, have the same layouts, etc. That's also not to mention that I already split out the Challenge Road worlds into their own articles due to the precedent already set for the Minigame Island worlds in ''[[Mario Party: The Top 100]]''.

So, I have been doing another run of RPGs, this time finding every item found on field and given by NPCs (per suggestion by the user Zootalo). I have completed SMRPG (original and remake) and added everything to my sandbox. After a discussion with Nightwicked Bowser, we came to the conclusion to edit the template Template:RPG item locations to include screenshots of the exact locations of the items. Problem is I don't know how to change the template properly so it won't break and it will show up on different pages differently.

Seeing that Super Mario Odyssey uses a lot of obscure elements mainly with the outfits, including some from Japanese media like the Scientist Outfit from the Super Game Boy Commercial, it's not that big of a stretch compared to other games. But Peach's explorable outfit in ''Picross 2'' shows she wears shorts and socks and that's the only game she had that appearance until ''Super Mario Odyssey'' which was way before the ''Mario Party 2'' outfit which I am glad you removed that reference since those are indeed a stretch including the fact she is wearing a different pink dress and Mario's explorable outfit is more direct from ''Mario Picross''. But her outfit in ''Super Mario Odyssey'' is 96% accurate to the one from ''Picross 2''. Now about that scarf/shirt being oddly the smallest issue of this, Even if it was one of them there both the same triangular shape and Mario even has it too in the same shape of the inside of the pointed collar but even that is never said to be either a shirt or scarf in the collar of his explorable outfit. Also Peach has a neck that sticks out more from Mario so of course that pink neck wear is going to get adjusted. Peach's explorable outfit is using the most of the model parts from Mario's which is from the ''Mario Picross'' series in ''Super Mario Odyssey''. But clearly Peach's explorable Outfit is from ''Picross 2''. Only Peach's explorable Outfit in Mario Party 2 has a scarf.


In the section [[MarioWiki:Japanese#ん and ン]], the romanized words ''nihon'' and ''anna'' should be capitalized as they are proper nouns. All the "citation needed" stuff I have added is only for descriptions as the exact wording is less important until the game comes out. All of them are things we know for sure what they do because we saw them in action in videos or mentioned in articles from hands on reviews (from sources I have cited). I added them so people don't have to infer what they do just from the name or combo alone, they have no context of all the hands on reviews or even different language Overview Trailer I have seen because most people don't check for sources. In fact, I tried to mimic the wording used by the ones we have seen so if there were mistakes, the wording wouldn't be completely different, I got Auto Syrup Jar's description spot on and immediately added the source to it at the same time. Another reason I did it is because mimicing the wording may cause people not to notice it is wrong immediately even after the game comes out. If I couldn't edit then, as the descriptions are a lower priority than gameplay, story, and maybe even images because the effort is just copying the text from items and tooltips, who would know to correct them without the tag pointing out they may not be completely accurate? But I get it, it is "speculation" after all, as long as it is not completely accurate, there is no point in informing wiki users of at least the basics of the facts. I am sorry I have overused citation needed for those purposes.

Nobody has proof that she is Japanese other than American ignorance where you guys assume that just because she has a non-European name and Nintendo itself is Japanes that therefore Eriko Ibe (who has a completely non-Japanese name) is Japanese.

The Spanish Challenge section would probably have "You need X more" text for the "Coordinated Jump/Hammer Ace" at some point, but they are already completed in the source video so it doesn't show. That's the only part that is "speculation" as other Challenges all use that wording except the "X damage in one attack" ones, yet you removed the whole thing including the word-for-word text in Spanish which is taken directly from the source and the translation. Have you checked the source before removing them?
Also he rname is not Japanese as I am named Andrew Ibe, and like Eriko was born in South-Central Africa.

I am sorry I added the width to the name of the Red/Green Shell Ace, I was copying and pasting <nowiki><br/></nowiki> between all the Spanish and translation and didn't check I have the wrong thing in the clipboard as I was experimenting with the look of the table. And for the red link image, you have seen I didn't add all the red link images I could because I thought the source had obtained those badges but they didn't, so I didn't comment those two. I will remove/make them hidden them next time.

The only thing I disagree with is 1-Up DX removal, I have seen it worded like it somewhere before and it is changed from the other games where it is 1-Up Deluxe but I couldn't find it.
