A "sig" page is a page where you can make your own custom signature and use that to sign when you post on talk pages. So [[User:Luigi Liker/sig]] would be yours, and whatever you put in that page is your signature. After you've created the page, go to your [[Special:Preferences|preferences]], type <tt><nowiki>{{User:Luigi Liker/sig}}</nowiki></tt> in the "New signature" field, tick the "Treat signature as wikitext" checkbox, save, then whenever you sign by typing <nowiki>~~~~</nowiki>, your custom signature is used.
